#jesus fucking christ can you write a play without making it fucking heartbreaking at some point
#so i'm too tired to write up a whole opinion here
#i just
#i loved the humour in the first act and throughout parts of the second
#the screaming is something i know only works on stage and not at all on a recording. much less a cellphone
#so that was a bit meh but i guess would've been okay on stage
#i had to laugh a LOT
#i think i woke up my family and if i didn't i'm amazed at myself
#the second act though was
#well
#heartbreaking and thoughtprovoking and you did a better job at those characters than i expected and you did NOT go where i expected
#in summary i felt like ''what the fuck have you written and why is it so awesome''
#and also
#''you're not an asshole edgar you're just trying so hard not to be''
#is perhaps the two statements i'd like to leave here.
